The annual homeowner meeting date, place, and time is announced in the President's letter mailed with January dues invoices.
The number of rental homes allowed within the subdivision is 10. "Rental" status must be granted by the Board of Directors prior to leasing/renting a property.
Any email sent to CDTHOA@gmail.com is forwarded to all Board Members. Emails may also be forwarded to parties/addresses mentioned in the message.
